The below terms and conditions shall constitute the agreement between parties living in countries or regions outside China and Brush111. Order and Delivery In the event that delivery could not be completed due to an error in the customer's data entry, we will bear no responsibility. If the customer would like to have the order re-shipped to the correct address, then we will ask the customer to pay the actual, full price of the shipping cost. After placing an order, order contents (such as size, color, or quantity) and the shipping address information cannot be changed. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed in any way once they have been confirmed. We strive to ship your order within 7 business days from the day it was placed. (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and days in which we are closed for business) Customers should investigate the rules and regulations regarding importing into their country, including goods restricted for import, before placing an order. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not allowed for import into the customer's country, we cannot accept responsibility for the items. We cannot provide any refunds or exchanges to the customer for the item or cost of delivery. 4.Shipping and Handling Charges Shipping and handling charges are set based on the weight of ordered merchandise (include the product which is exchange by bonus) and those charges include the EMS postage and insurance fees, etc. They should be paid together with the total amount of the ordered merchandise by credit card. In the event that a customer refuses to accept the delivery of an order, or if an order is returned to us after the retention period at the post office has passed after failed delivery attempts, we cannot provide a refund for the shipping and handling costs. It's faster and safer to pay your order by your Credit Card.But only US dollars is accepted by this payment. 6.Customs Duties: Normally we will mark our items as gifts with low price,you need not pay for any taxes. 7.Rturns&Exchange: Return items: You may return products sold by brush111.com no more than 7 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of brush111.com. We'll also pay the return shipping fee if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Non-returnable items: DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including: Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt. Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box). Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Any discount, clearance or sales product that brush111.com has already stated non-returnable. In the event of dispute, brush111.com's decision shall be final and conclusive. Exchange policy: All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures. We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.
